These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") govern the relationship between pkr665 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "you", "the Player", or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the pkr665 website and its associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, instant games, and all promotional offerings.

By creating a pkr665 account, clicking "I Agree" during registration, or simply by accessing any part of the pkr665 platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by it. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pkr665 platform and close your account.

pkr665 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review this document periodically for updates.

To register and maintain an account with pkr665, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkr665 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid CNIC number, and a current contact number and email address.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any employee of pkr665 or any of its affiliated software providers.
• You must not have previously had a pkr665 account suspended or permanently closed for misconduct or breach of these Terms.

pkr665 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including during the registration process or at any subsequent point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the pkr665 platform. The maintenance of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pkr665 shall close all related accounts, void any bonus winnings derived from duplicate registrations, and may withhold real-money balances pending fraud investigation.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr665 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pkr665 will treat any action performed using your login credentials as having been carried out by you, and will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

• You must notify pkr665 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach affecting your credentials.
• pkr665 may, at its sole discretion, require you to change your password at any time if it reasonably suspects a security risk to your account.
• Account details including registered email address, phone number, and CNIC may only be updated following successful identity re-verification.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee as notified to the Player in advance.

All financial transactions on pkr665 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr665 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and approved cryptocurrency channels. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction. pkr665 reserves the right to modify these limits.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• pkr665 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which pkr665 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposited funds are available for wagering upon confirmed receipt and clearance by pkr665's banking systems.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for deposit, or to a verified account held in the Player's own name.
• pkr665 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting proof of source of funds, before processing payment.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method and KYC status of the account.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only the real-money portion of a balance may be withdrawn where bonus wagering remains outstanding.
• pkr665 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction and per calendar month, details of which are available in the Player's account settings.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game eligibility, and time limits.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per offer) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to both the bonus amount and, in some cases, the qualifying deposit.
• Minimum Odds: Where a sports betting bonus specifies minimum odds, wagers placed at odds below that threshold will not contribute toward wagering requirements.

• All bets are final once accepted by the pkr665 system. pkr665 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets.
• pkr665 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a manifest error in odds pricing has occurred, including incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault, data feed error, or human keying error.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, pkr665's decision shall be final and binding after review by the relevant trading team. Players may submit a formal complaint via the process described in Section 14.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event and per account, as displayed within the betting interface. pkr665 may apply individual account-level stake restrictions at its discretion.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key moments of an event. Bets submitted during a suspended market will be rejected and must be resubmitted when the market reopens.
• All casino and slot game outcomes are generated by certified random number generators (RNG). Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
• pkr665 is not responsible for any internet connectivity issues on the Player's side that result in incomplete or lost bets. Players are advised to ensure a stable connection before placing wagers.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is active, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders and automatic logout triggers to manage time spent on the platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications reminding Players of time elapsed and amount wagered during the current session.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary account restriction lasting between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which the Player cannot deposit or wager. The cool-off activates immediately upon request.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr665 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account on the pkr665 platform, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the pkr665 platform for any money laundering activity, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with markets available on pkr665.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any element of the gaming system.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in chip dumping, collusion, or any coordinated strategy with other Players to manipulate game outcomes in live table games.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkr665 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying software or source code of the pkr665 platform.
• Accessing pkr665 from a jurisdiction in which such access is expressly prohibited without disclosure to pkr665.

All content appearing on the pkr665 platform, including but not limited to the pkr665 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and any other proprietary elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr665 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

pkr665 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or publicly display any pkr665 content without prior written authorisation from pkr665.

Any unauthorised use of pkr665 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr665 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the pkr665 platform or its services.

pkr665's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• pkr665 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur.
• pkr665 is not liable for losses caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, network failures, or third-party payment processor delays.
• Gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss. pkr665 makes no guarantee of any return on any wager. By using the platform, you accept that you may lose all funds deposited.

pkr665 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request or compliance trigger.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider in connection with the Player's account.
• Any court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.

Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their last verified payment method, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance checks. pkr665 will not be liable for any delay in returning funds arising from the Player's failure to cooperate with verification requirements.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their pkr665 account may do so at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any real-money balance will be returned to a verified payment method after deduction of any applicable fees.

pkr665 may amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pkr665 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on the Player's account, or via a prominent notice on the platform. Where changes are minor or administrative in nature, they may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the pkr665 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 11.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licence framework under which pkr665 operates.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through pkr665's internal complaints process (described in Section 14) shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted by a recognised independent dispute resolution body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent pkr665 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent actual or threatened breach of confidentiality obligations.

pkr665 operates a structured complaints process designed to resolve Player disputes promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the pkr665 platform, you should follow the steps outlined below:

1. Step 1 — Live Chat: Contact the pkr665 support team via the live chat function available 24/7 on the platform. The majority of complaints are resolved at this stage within minutes.
2. Step 2 — Email Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction via live chat, submit a written complaint by email to the address below, including your account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. pkr665 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
3. Step 3 — Formal Dispute: If you remain dissatisfied following pkr665's written response, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated under pkr665's gaming licence, as notified to you at the time of escalation.
